ORDER
We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it enters processing. For urgent issues, please email us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to assist if the order has not shipped yet. support@brmudusa.com
We suggest you cancel the original order and place a new one. If you had applied a discount code, you must inquire with customer service for a new one, as it cannot be reused. Please contact us at support@brmudusa.com.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1โ2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
You can track your shipment directly at www.usps.com.
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@brmudusa.com with photos of the item and the delivery date as soon as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you'd like to make a change, we recommend canceling your order (if eligible) and placing a new one instead.
At BRMUD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we are happy to assist with any product issues or shipping-related concerns.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases:
You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item is defective or expired
- Your package was lost in transit (after courier investigation)
To initiate a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photo evidence.

Non-Refundable Conditions:
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Orders placed more than 14 days ago
- Buyerโs remorse or allergic reactions (please review ingredient list before purchase)
- Incorrect address provided by the customer

You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
Simply proceed to checkout, and youโll have the option to complete your purchase without logging in.
If you do not want to provide or keep your personal information with us, please reach out to support@brmudusa.com. We will help you out with the removal and inactivation of your account.
PRODUCT
Our products are generally safe for use during pregnancy as they are made with natural, naturally derived ingredients.
However, as every individual may react differently, we recommend consulting with your doctor and using the products with care.
PAO (Period After Opening) refers to how long a product remains safe and effective after it has been opened.
You can find the PAO symbol on the product packaging. It looks like a small open jar with a number inside (e.g., โ12Mโ means 12 months).
We recommend using each product within this period for the best results.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM
You can apply by signing up through our affiliate link. After reviewing your application, weโll notify you of your approval status.
Our base commission rate is 15%.
PAYMENT & REFUND
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
The refund process will depend on the payment gateway and the card company.
Even if we have processed a refund from our end, it may take longer for the 3rd party to approve it. In case you do not receive a refund for more than 2 weeks, please contact the card company.
