Returns & Cancellations

At BRMUD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we are happy to assist with any product issues or shipping-related concerns.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases:

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item is defective or expired
  • Your package was lost in transit (after courier investigation)

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

We are not able to partially refund or credit a single item from a set or kit. All kits, gift sets and duos must be returned with all items in the kit in order to receive refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

Please note: Once the shipping label has been created or the order is being prepared for fulfillment, cancelation may no longer be possible.

If your cancelation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled even in cases of change of mind, incorrect shipping address, or refusing delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photo or video proof. We’ll promptly arrange a free replacement for you.
